| Anybody who plays poker knows just how dangerous potential government regulations really are. Rather than "protecting the consumer" they have actually made it extremely difficult for people in America to play online at all, and recent changes to French law have all but destroyed the ability for people in that country to make a living playing. Anyway if you play the Pot Limit Omaha variant then I'm working on a site dedicated to Pot Limit Omaha Strategy so do take a look and spread the word. |

This piece of nonsense is a classic case of the coercive nature of the feminist ideology.
It’s Laurie Penny, and she is very mad with The Sun’s Page 3.
Of course, the silly, whining little bitch hadn’t given a moments thought to the fact that all participation in Page 3 is voluntary, and nobody is being forced to do anything they do not want to do.
The situation will become coercive, however, if Penny decides to use force to prevent these voluntary actions from happening.
Make yourself useful, Penny – my sandwich hasn’t arrived yet!

Oh god… now I can’t get that article out of my head. So infuriating. The line that wound me up the hardest was “impoverished young women”…
IMPOVERISHED!?
Just makes it up as she goes along and then her readers eagerly pat her on the back in droves in the comments section. Ugh.

I’d be careful about some of stef’s conclusions. This video wasn’t too bad but I’m not a big fan of him flinging terms like “facism” so casually. Also the constant rehashing of Ayn Rand and “Objective morality” rubs me the wrong way.

Yeah there’s a lot of discussion about stef on the forums. Some of his videos are suspect but some are right on point. This one, for example. I mean whatever you think of Rand, fuck, she’s definitely one of the most influential thinkers of the last century. Why have feminists ignored her?
